Mont Marte Clear Texture Gesso works perfectly for surfaces that you can use to get a transparent finish. This medium can be used with acrylic, oil, pastel, and other paint media. Clear Texture Gesso is intermixable with Mont Marte acrylic paints and mediums to let you create a tinted gesso.
