Our policies

Theatre Garage has a no return or exchange policy. We have demo samples for many of our products available for you to be sure that the product is going to work for your project. Please ask our staff for any assistance if you do not see a demo available for a product you are interested in.

All our rental agreements have terms and conditions listed on the contract. It is your responsibility to be sure you have read and understand them before signing the contract. We are happy to answer any questions or concerns you may have about these terms and conditions but they are not negotiable. Once a rental agreement is paid for it is considered a final sale.

Theatre Garage will hold rental and retail items for 7 business days with the exception of the month of October. In October, no rental or retail items can be placed on hold. We require a name and phone number to put any item on hold.

Theatre Garage offers many special discounts throughout the shop. Please note: Customers can only use one discount per transaction.
