SUMMARY:Drag Makeup Workshop with Vanity Fair
DESCRIPTION:THIS WORKSHOP IS CANCELLED. SORRY FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE. TICKET HOLDERS HAVE BEEN CONTACTED. \nHave you ever wondered how drag performers achieve their amazing look? This will be your opportunity to learn from talented local drag performer\, Vanity Fair! Ask questions\, and hear stories from her experiences with drag. Vanity Fair will walk you through Drag makeup step by step. Participants are welcome to follow along the tutorial with their own makeup. Learn the ins and outs of Drag makeup to bring your incredible drag persona to life! As RuPaul always says ‘We’re all born naked and the rest is drag!’ \n  \nThis is an inclusive event. All are welcome! Whether you are a drag superstar already or completely new to drag\, this event has something for everyone. \n  \nWith close to 25 years  experience in the local YEG drag scene Vanity Fair can help you turn any look! Color\, glitter\, impersonation….whatever your style she can help you nail the basics and polish you look with detail. She’s got tricks and tips to help get you started and inspired. \n  \nAll skill levels are welcome. Please wear your crafting clothing due to makeup being used in this workshop. Please be aware latex may be used in this workshop. This workshop is $50 and is 2 hours. \nStudents will receive a 10% discount on all makeup and makeup tools following the workshop. \nBe sure to book early! Our workshops are taught in small groups. Each workshop has a minimum amount of students needed. If workshop does not meet that minimum by 72 hours before scheduled start the workshop will be cancelled or rescheduled. For all our polices please visit http://www.theatregarage.ca/ \nTERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR WORKSHOPS\n\nChildren under 12 years of age are not permitted to attend. Students 13 and 14 years of age must be supervised by are parent or guardian over 18 years old who must also purchase a ticket\nNo refund once the workshop is booked. You can transfer your ticket to another student\, please inform Theatre Garage.\nLate attendees to the workshop or no-shows will not be refunded\nWorkshops must be paid in full to reserve a spot.\nNo food in the workshop room. Only covered drinks are permitted.\nPlease be aware of your workspace. Our instructors will go over the safety guidelines of tools and materials used.
