Intro to Prop and Costume Painting with Nicole Deibert
December 4 @ 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm MST| $60
Painting is a true art form. Understanding this art form takes years of training, studying and practice. Nicole, the Head of Scenic Paint at the Citadel Theatre, has the expertise and is very excited to share her knowledge with you. The skill of scenic painting can be used to paint sets, props, fabric or costumes and more! It is a practice that transforms an object with paint to tell a completely different story. This workshop is for any craftsperson at any skill level. We have designed this workshop for painters, costumers, cosplayers, LARP, prop builders, artists and anyone who loves to paint.
Nicole has been a Scenic Artist since 1997. Nicole studied Theatre Production at Grant MacEwan College (1994) and has also done the work study program at the Banff Centre (2001).
