COVID-19 Safety Protocol

We at Theatre Garage are working hard to keep your shopping experience as safe
as possible.

What you need to enter the shop

We require all staff and customers to wear a fabric nose and mouth covering at all
times while in the building. If you are unable to do so please contact Christy at
theatregarage@gmail.com or utilize our curbside or online shopping options. Drop
in mask exemptions will not be allowed. All customers are required to use hand
sanitizer when they first arrive.

Shopping options 

– In-store shopping (maximum 10 people, including staff members are allowed in the store at a time)
-Curbside pickup, please call 780 498 6208 when arriving to the shop

-Online shopping and delivery

Demos and trying on items in the shop 

To help limit spread of COVID we are no longer offering makeup demos.

Dressing rooms are closed.

Extra cleaning 

All dressing rooms are thoroughly sanitized between each customer.

All rental items are quarantined, sanitized and cleaned before they are put back out for our
next customer to enjoy.

All commonly touched surfaces are cleaned throughout the day.

Return and Exchange policy 

We have a no returns or exchanges policy so you may rest easy knowing your items are not used.

Cash? 

We are currently accepting cash but encouraging customers to use debit or credit for their transactions if possible.
